RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

ALL SALES ON ITEMS LESS THAN $90 ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be an incorrect size, or the incorrect item purchased. The item must be returned in the original packaging it was sent in.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (usually an e-receipt is sent to your email) and a valid order number. The purchased item must be in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for any reason when we receive it. The purchased item must be returned and received no later than 10 days after the customer has been emailed the return label or the return request will be voided, and no refund or exchange will be honored.


PLEASE NOTE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines and/or gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund/exchange request. When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be applied to the debit/credit card used in the initial transaction, within 3-5 days (depending on the bank used). If you requested an exchange, it will be sent within 3-5 business days. If you request an item that is a pre order item, then it will take the number of days listed in the description to ship.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. Then if you haven’t received a message from us regarding your refund/exchange status, please contact us at info@shopoyato.com.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded if a wrong, incorrect size, defective or damaged item was sent. Sale/discounted items cannot be refunded and only exchanged for another item of the same value, or you can receive store credit toward future purchases.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are the wrong items sent, an incorrect size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or even a different item of the same value, send us an email at info@shopoyato.com and we will provide you with a return label to initiate the exchange.

 

SHIPPING

Allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. However, pre-order items have longer shipping times so please be aware of this before making your purchase. We typically indicate that an item is only available for pre order in the description area. You will always be notified via email when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

To return your product, you will be emailed a return label to the email address used for the purchase. If you receive a refund, please be aware that the cost of shipping is deducted.
